甜品vs.白酒

我同阿豪大家既共同既喜好..除了鍾意一齊去旅行..就係飲飲食食..

呢日..我地參加左個 "Sweetie Afternoon 甜甜午後"..大家肯定問..咩黎架??

就係下面呢個event啦~~飲4支酒,食4個special既甜品~~




可能大家都可能睇唔清食d咩..等我寫一寫出黎先~

一路飲,個酒莊主都會介紹d酒~~d riesling配d甜品,真係一絕呀~~

等我轉貼tony既相比大家睇下先~

一入到去開餐廳 佢有個table,放哂今日要飲既wine~因為呢d都係白酒..所以用之前都會用冰冰住佢地先~等佢地到適合既溫度~




呢個係我地第一個甜品~

Pinot Blanc 2008 +心太軟伴雲呢拿雪糕

(食後感 : 初初飲Pinot Blanc 口感幾酸~,不過當苦苦地既朱古力心太軟..配呢個Pinot Blanc..即刻將佢既甜味全部bring哂出黎~正)




我地第2個match

熱情果芝士餅 + Riesling Kabinett 07

(食後感 :  熱情果芝士餅都幾開胃..小小酸咪咪咁..撞埋呢個Riesling~really match呢~)




3士多啤梨慕絲 + Riesling Spatlese 2006

(食後感 :  食左頭呢3個..發覺呢2樣最唔match呀~不過個士多啤梨慕絲 幾好食hehe)




4. 焦糖香蕉伴白朱古力 + Riesling Eiswein 2007

(食後感 : 呢個甜品好好味~match 呢個riesling..好match..哈哈..大家有機會都黎呢間restaurant試下啦~ )






呢間餐廳叫stanley deli..不過唔係stanley..係紅磡~有機會都會同東尼再食過~
